Book Review: Modern Poetry With A Classic Flavor
Summary: 5 Stars
Denise has done a wonderful job of letting the reader into her mind in this book. Her use of haiku and other poetic forms shows her skill in the classic forms of poetry, but the use of modern language makes everything more real for the reader. She's truly bared her soul to the reader, allowing us a glimpse into her religious experience, her family life, and her fun and wacky mind! I look forward to reading more of Denise's poetry in the future!
