Book Review: What an insight
Summary: 5 Stars
This book really gets you into the heart of Sharpes world by providing realistic and historically accurate accounts of where Sharpes movements would have been in the real war. Its track through each of the Sharpe books is excellent with constant referrals back to each book. I personnally loved the sections on the weapons and the detailed drawings of each especially Harpers 7 barrelled volley gun. This book is an essential for all Sharpe fans whether it is the Television or the Books or both that you enjoy. The only con and this is to be expected is that with the newer novels slotting in between the existing ones gaps are appearing thus and updated version wouldn't go astray. My advise get it today!!
