Book Review: A really fantastic tool for your arsenal

I love this book. Other reviews outline the basic principles of the book, and I found them so helpful. I love food and trying new things; I love to cook, and I especially love any opportunity to eat at a really nice restaurant. Other diet books will encourage you to order just a salad at a nice restaurant - this book taught me to order what I *really* want, eat until I'm just full enough, take the rest home (you can always have more later, if you want it - no need to stuff yourself now), and balance out the rest of the day with lighter foods.
The strategies fit real life. After reading this book along with The Beck Diet Solution: Train Your Brain to Think Like a Thin Person, I lost 15 lbs over a few months without changing too much. Absolutely brilliant read.
