Book Review: A great solution for tired parents

My son is just over one and has had sleeping issues since he was born. I have read many articles on the internet and bought several books to help me with his sleeping throughout his first year. None of them were able to help me get his sleeping on track. I came across this book and skimmed it and decided that I would purchase it and give it a try. I read the book from cover to cover and then downloaded the sleep planner and sleep chart. Many of the other books that I had read gave me way too much information on physiology of sleep, etc. when really I just wanted to know what I was doing wrong and how to make it better. This book gave me all of the information I needed and answered all of my "what if" questions. I began my son's sleep learning on a Thursday night. Each night and day (for naps) there was less and less crying and on the 5th night, I laid my son down in his bed and he turn over and went to sleep without any crying. He has been doing this since and sleeping his full 11 hours. This book is written in a "mom to mom" style that is easy to read and follow. It seems like the authors are right there beside you helping you through your child's sleep issues. I would highly recommend the use of this book in your sleep learning process for your child.
