Book Review: "Sleeping Doll" Put Me To Sleep
Summary: 2 Stars
I think this is the worst Jeffrey Deaver book I have ever read - and I'm a fan. I've read all of his books but I couldn't get through more than two chapters without falling asleep. The whole premise of "The Sleeping Doll" (which was somewhat intriguing) was just a hook to draw the reader in. That plot line was virtually irrelevant to the story. There were some interesting insights into how a cult leader manipulates his followers, but over all this book was a chore to finish and I was very disappointed.
