I should have known better. Only when this book arrived did i realise what it was, a biased native American revisionist view of white colonisation. Ok, so the settlers were not perfect, but they were hardly ravenous bloodthirsty animals, and the indians were not innocent children of nature running around chasing butterflies. Look elsewhere for a more balanced account of this fascinationing period of history.
