Book Review: Wonderful book, full of interesting truths, dispelling myths

This book will put an end to the neurosis that's spreading about food that is based on myth and heresay. It succinctly puts these notions to the test and explains in detail *why* something is so.
I must say, this is the way I eat anyway. It's common sense that as we come from nature, we should eat as close to natural as possible but there are many amazing facts in this book that you just wouldn't necessarily think of. I could not put it down! and at the end of it, I've come out feeling more comfortable with what I eat, not paranoid.
I do feel that one or two experiments were cut short due to the publication date and I'd have preferred a more complete book that was a little later than references to results that were not complete by the time the book was published. Despite that, the book is quite comprehensive.
Jill: I'd love to see further research regarding the assumptions made by the tongue with sugary foods, compared to those with artificial sweeteners. Does our body prepare to store glucosin in both cases... there's much more to explore, and one thing is that in rats at least, seemingly rats gained as much weight consuming sacharin based drinks as sugar based.
