Book Reviews of The TwitsBook Review: A Book I Love and Would Recommend Summary: 5 Stars
The book Twits by Roald Dahl is a great book! The main part in the main event concerns two mean twins. They are mean to little kids but mostly to each othert. The story takes place in Mr. and Mrs. Twit's home as well as their garden where all the plants and flowers are all dead. The theme of the book is that even though you might try to be mean, if you think about what you did before you do it you will always have another chance. And in the end you will always turn out to be nice.
My favorite part of the book occurs when Mr. Twit plays a really big joke on Mrs. Twit. Mr. Twit makes Mrs. Twit's walking stick longer without her knowing so she feels as though she is shrinking. There are times in the book when the Twits behave in ways that the reader cannot understand, but when they play those tricks on each other it's really funny in a mean sort of way. A reader who can laugh at such tricks will enjoy this book.

Book Review: An Awful Book Summary: 1 Stars
I have read most of Roald Dahl's books and this has got to be the worst of them. The plot goes no where fast and the characters are indeed twits like the title implies. Good thing it was so short or there would be no way I would have finished it ever!!!!! I hate this book don't go near it with a 39 and 1/2 foot pole.
Book Review: An Enjoyable Read for the Home and the Classroom Summary: 5 Stars
The Twits are the meanest and nastiest couple in the world, but when Mugglewump and Pollywolly bird seek their vengeance upon them it's quite funny.
Book Review: Classic Dahl Summary: 5 Stars
I read this a long time ago, but my memories are as fond as ever. Roald Dahl was a great children's book author, and this book is no exception. There are laugh-out-loud moments, and some passages are just too funny. This is about a couple who are called... you guessed it, the Twits. They're weird, nasty, and filthy, and it's a hoot to read about their misadventures.
Book Review: Doesn't get much better Summary: 5 Stars
I read this 25 years ago and I still remember where I was when I did. A couple of the "tricks" played in the book stuck with me. When I recalled it recently I bought it for my daughter. I told her she'd love the book, but she wasn't sure. She started reading anyway. She's now been up more than an hour past her bed time, visiting downstairs every 20 minutes with eager updates on what is going on in the book and now has finished it. I let her stay up because yeah the book is that good. She asked if there were any more Twits books. Afraid not, but there are other Dahl books!
