Book Review: Mark Hyman's Diet
Summary: 5 Stars
This book reminds us of the inadequate diet we eat from choice and missing components. It claims its recommended corrections will markedly improve both our body and our mind. There seems to be good logic for this claim. Should there be general acceptance of the recommendations the benefits will be not only to our health but to the world's ability to feed the population. It will decrease our need for pharmaceutical products and pressure on conventional medical treatment. I strongly recommend this book to everyone.
