N.W. Walker's books are all jewels. They are cheap to buy, too valuable to sell again. This man was in his thirties when he stopped cooking , stopped using starches in his dieet and even sparingly used legumes (including soy). He became 109 YEARS YOUNG without major ailments.. His diet makes sense. Only live food can regenerate you. Stop eating processed food and your energy level will grow 33%, your skin will feel soft without any lotions and you'll notice small pains will disappear, headaches will grow extinct and you'll feel 10 years younger, so , watch yourself! Yes , you will have to give up a a lifestyle you are used to since childhood. But you will get VIBRANT HEALTH in return. Yes, all these veggies and fruits and might seem to be more expensive than energy slowing meat and sickness inviting whiteflour products, but you'll get a life without major ailments in return, PLUS, you 'll feel ABSOLUTELY on top of THE WORLD. Give it a try, stick to it for 6 months, have your doctor check your blood on deficencies (and they will be surprised!) and find some seavegetable pills with added B12 ( METHYLcobalamin) ...
