Book Review: A GREAT COOKBOOK FOR VEGETARIANS and NON-VEGETARIANS
Summary: 5 Stars
Cathe Olson has written a wonderful vegetarian cookbook for mothers and those who are soon to be mothers. Her recipes will nourish mothers and their whole families with delicious, healthy meals that are easy to prepare. I particularly like that Cathe includes dietary recommendations by the trimester and good nutrition for the ever important and often overlooked postpartum "pregnancy recovery" period.
