Book Reviews of The Vixen DiariesBook Review: Not Even from the Library Summary: 1 StarsI wouldn't even get this from the library again. What a waste of my precious time. I was so bored, I skimmed most of the pages. There was practically no dirt. All she did was say if she could tell things, she would. Don't tell us you know dirt, and not share. That's why people picked up this book. No one wants to read how you are such a celebrity (really?) and your delusions of grandeur. We want the gossip from the first book. I would have even been happy if she found Jesus and turned her life around. At least she would have grown. She's still an immature wanna-be star who gets off on sleeping with less famous dudes that she doesn't even name. The mysterious Idol and Baby Boy. I want some names dagnammit! Don't even pick this up at the library! Save your time.
Book Review: So Disappointing! Summary: 1 StarsThis book was horrible, I really expected more since her first book was so interesting. Do not waste money on this book, don't even waste your time checking it out from the library. Horrible!
Book Review: Boring Summary: 1 StarsBORING! All she talks about is her so called "success". Extremely boring! A waste of my money. Can I get it back?
Book Review: disappointing... Summary: 2 StarsNot of the same shock value caliber as her 1st book. She has definitely grown from the 1st book to this book. You can't help but notice as page after page she constantly tells you she's on a different level "as you" as she throws jabs out with each passing page. I admire her growth from where she once was, but I could have bought the cliff notes to get the memo. Not worthy of a follow up.
Book Review: Steffans hasn't learned a thing from her past... Summary: 1 StarsI read some of the reviews on the page before I purchased the book but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt since confessions was so engaging.
The book is pretty much what everone else says it is. She focuses alot on bobby, Ray J, Bill and the odd others she mentions. How she misses them and pines for them. Now does that shound like someone who has moved on to a higher plane where she doesn't allow men to be her crutch and to be her downfall?
Take the mercedes benz incident. Stupid enough to put a big dent on the bumper...has a diva moment and trades it in for a brand new one, then reflects...duh? Or how about when it's over with Bill and she slits her wrist resulting in her son being taken in foster care for two weeks.
To sum it up, it was a boring monologue of her train of thoughts. Randomly mourning present and past loves...Without spilling her sexual escapades, steffans book is as dull as dishwater...the falling price of the book should tell you that.
