Book Review: A very useful book

This book has been very helpful to me and one of the reasons that it is so useful is that it doesn't forbid you anything. It just tells you the foods which will help you lose weight and which foods won't. The calorie counting works very well for me. It is not hard to give up chips and candy most of the time when you realize how much of your total intake is in that handful of chips or that candy bar. Knowing that you can allow yourself to have anything sometimes makes it easier to put off having the fattening things and now I prefer the healthier foods most of the time.
