Book Review: This book is a bodybuilding bible!!!
Summary: 4 Stars
If u've just started bodybuilding, this book gives invaluable information on all exercises for all bodyparts and it is a must-have. Even if u are an intermediate, this book works as an inspiration if u're stuck in a rut. However, because it is a rather old book, the chapters on nutrition are not up to date and I can't give it 5 stars, but as a guide to exercises it would get 5 stars. Look for nutritionguides elsewhere.
