Book Review: This is a trashy novel

As an O'Malley I was looking forward to reading a historical novel about one of my ancestors. True, it is about Grace O'Malley, however, it is first and foremost a trashy novel. I've not read the other novels in this series, but I wouldn't take the chance that my time and money would be wasted again on a trashy novel containing material not suitable for the consumption of ladies and gentlemen.
