There is a tiny aftertaste of bitterness spoiling the whole book from the very beginning. However, this book provides a lot of useful information about the whole process of menopausal transition. It should be read by men and women "cum grano salis", with a grain of salt. I have just been through the whole menopausal mess and this book was very helpful under many respects.
