Book Review: The full story with detailed illustrations to colour.

This book was a suprise. The full story of the Wizard of Oz is told. On each page the text is dispersed with black and white illustrations.On the downside, as a colouring book the text takes up too much of the book (about 50%)and the drawings are many and detailed. Therefore, it is not best suited to a 3 to 4 year old who has seen the film just wants some favourite scenes and characters to colour in.
However, there are plenty of illustrations to colour which illuminate the story well and if the story is read in tandom with the colouring this book can provide many hours of enjoyment.
