Book Reviews of The Yoga FaceliftBook Review: Try also -Yoga for the mind Summary: 4 Stars
This is a cool book on keeping 'facial' harmony-I also recommend a book a friend sent me-FREE YOUR MIND by Anthony Stultz, it is like yoga for the mind.
Book Review: Unimpressed Summary: 2 Stars
Calgal's reviews says it all. I am glad I'm not the only one. I much prefer the Facercise book. I cannot believe the writer encourages headstand - a potentially dangerous exercise which I have never even tried, and I've been practicing yoga for about 12 years now. Granted, she shows a modification, but still encourages full headstand. Also, the pushing of her creams seems to my somewhat sceptical eye to be the main raison d'etre of the book. And I say this because there aren't many exercises here in the first place. Plus, what there is is poorly explained. Yes, I definitely prefer Facercise
Book Review: Waste of Time Summary: 1 Stars
This book was a big disappointment and I do not recommend it. Get it from the library if you are curious, but don't waste your money. I did!
Book Review: Yoga Faclift Summary: 1 Stars
I never received this item, for some reason it was sent back after the first try of someone delivering it to my home
Book Review: Yoga and Natural Beauty Come Full Circle Summary: 5 Stars
As an avid yoga enthusiast, I was very interested in "The Yoga Facelift" when a friend gave me a copy. The exercises are presented in a simple, straightforward manner and I don't need to go to a studio to do them. My problem was I had falling cheeks and now they are as firm as apples! The author also has a great philosophy on natural beauty and how we can best take care of ourselves. I now have my mom doing the exercises and she is noticing results.
