Book Review: Totally impractical

I am sure if you were able to follow the recommendations in this book you would certainly be very healthy, however I personally did not manage one day on the diet. I found it totally impractical. No more meat, dairy products, alcohol, or really anything at all that you might possibly enjoy. You basically have to exist on a diet of vegetables and Tofu. As well as buying the book, I also spent £50 on a juicer to make the vegetable juice they recommend, which I used twice as I couldn't drink the juice without balking. You would also have to have countless spare hours in the day to prepare all the food (a lot of which is American) and to take apart, clean and reasemble your juicer! To sum up, you may live a long healthy life on this diet but personally I suspect you'd be praying to get hit by a bus!
