This is a must for every who is diabetic regardless of type 1, type 2, recently diagnosed or diagnosed 40years ago as I was.
It explains how insulin works, why the pancreas packed up and tips on how to adjust insulin levels.
I couldn't put it down _ its written in a non technical friendly manner.
Highly recommended
