This book was purchased for me by my mother as a light-hearted stab at my supposed obsession with clothes and make-up. On closer inspection, it revealed itself to be the most wonderful book. It is full of practical advice on just about everything close to the heart of a 20-30 year old woman - dressing for your age and body type, grooming, buying your first home, basic car maintenance, bereavment and depression, even tips on what to wear whilst travelling internationally to specific major cities! I couldn't recommend this book more highly. It manages to combine humour, information and encouragement in the most beguiling format. I have referred to it time and time again since it was bought for me. It far suprasses any comparitive offerings on the market at present.
