Book Reviews of Three Cups of Tea: One Man's Mission to Promote Peace . . . One School at a TimeBook Review: Truly inspirational! Summary: 5 StarsThis is the most inspiring book that I have read in a very long time. Greg Mortenson is an exceptional human being, who truly is his brother's and his sister's keeper. Everyone should read this book, because it induces hope, conveys important information, and creates motivation to be less complacent and more active in our own communities and world-wide.
Book Review: must read for everyone! Summary: 5 Starsthis book is a must read for everyone! not only because of the many wars and conflicts around the world but the importance of education over war. The children don't know anything eles but war so it is up to all of us to show them that they do have choices and it starts with education and building schools. The story of Greg sacrificing his life, never giving up, building schools and bringing this message to the rest of us deserve attention and recogniation. the kind of book you can't put down!
Book Review: inspiring book Summary: 5 StarsThis book is an amazing, inspiring, occasionally funny, educational, true story. Thank goodness for people like Greg Mortenson. If only our politicians would get to know the cultures, people and communities of our so-called enemies.
Book Review: I found hope! Summary: 5 StarsI love this book! When I am tempted to get angry at what is happening in our country, I make a donation to the Central Asia Institute and feel better. Dana Ericson
Book Review: Inspiring Story. What a Difference Summary: 5 StarsThis is a most inspiring story about someone who made a difference. Very intriguing read; took a lot of concentration. However, Greg's story made me want to go out and do good for others, too! I plan to see his lecture in the near future. I will definitely pass this book along!
