Moreover they have crafted a highly readable and clever book with easy-to-follow directions. They prove that you DO NOT need to be a professional chef to cook great Cuban grub. 100 great recipes, everything from jacket potatoes on the grill to delightful maize tamales and elaborate sweets.With beautiful photographs and a a smart design, this book is a good value.

This cookbook perfectly captures the essence and spirit of Cuban cuisine and is, by far, the best I've found. It is truly a feast for those who are as passionate about food as those Three Guys from Miami are! I was delighted to see recipes for dishes that I grew up with, but never learned how to make. If you love Cuban food, this is the book to get!
