Three Guys From Miami Cook Cuban is a collection of recipes developed by the Three Guys over the past 9 years. A combination of their own recipes, family recipes, and recipes submitted to their website (all with the Three Guys From Miami twist), this cookbook contains all of the classics of Cuban cuisine -- at least Miami Cuban cuisine.
I say that because Miami is truly a melting pot, and when it comes to food, the average Cuban in Miami is eating a lot of things they never ate in Cuba. That's why Cook Cuban includes some non-traditional, not-so-Cuban dishes such as empanadas, arepas, and tres leches cake.
If you travel to South Florida, you'll find that Cubans in Miami enjoy a mix of Latin cuisines. Just check out the menu of any restaurant! This book, like the Three Guys From Miami, represents the best Miami has to offer.
I'm so glad to see the Guys benefiting from their year's of hard work. I run a small website, and I know the amount of blood, sweat, and tears that goes into it, usually with little or no reward. Their website is truly a labor of love.
You can even obtain additional recipes from the Three Guys From Miami website. Each month they introduce new recipes and they really rely on reader feedback. Only when a recipe has been tested and tried by their legions of followers does it qualify for inclusion in one of their cookbooks. Their recipe collection grows each month, and I can't wait for their next book!
I love this book and I am recommending it to all of my friends!

You can find every recipe in their book, plus many more. So, be aware that when you buy the book you are paying for less than they have to offer. I contacted the authors and they were able to explain the value they receive of me buying the book, but could not explain the value to me of my purchase, given that their own free web site provides more recipes than their $20 book.Book Review: Wonderful recipes and flavor of Miami Cubans!

The Three Guys From Miami have done a wonderful job updating our traditional recipes without loosing their essence. They simply reflect ingredients easily available to the average reader and shortcuts that don't detract. Their humor and insight to life in Miami surrounded by all our rich latin flavors, tropical fruits and vegetables and family traditions are really wonderful. This is one of the best and certainly the funniest cookbooks ever written.
This cookbook has great, easy-to-follow recipes that make me feel like I'm practically a chef! The rice dishes and appetizers are great and my friends are all impressed with the flavors - they'd never tried Cuban food before! I'm not Cuban, but the Three Guys make the lifestyle look so fun, I wish I was!

I bought 25 books and gave them away last year for the holidays. Now I have friends and co-workers BEGGING me for a copy. I guess this year I'll have to buy 50. Thie book perfectly captures the humor and good spirits of the Cuban culture. These are easy to follow recipes for authentic Cuban food. I grew up in Cuba and later New Jersey, and this is the style of food that Cubans like best. An excellent book and I can't wait for their new book to come out!
