Book Review: Touch of Darkness will have you Enthralled
Summary: 5 Stars
CT Adams and Cathy Clamp have created another great read with Touch of Darkness. This is the third book in the Thrall Series and unfortunately the last. This is not a stand alone novel you would need to read the previous two books in the series.
The story continues with Katie and Tom planning there wedding day and of course nothing goes smoothly be it Tom's deranged ex-girlfriend or Katies insane ex-boyfriend. All trying to stop the happy couple from tying the knot and in Dylans case (Katies ex-boyfriend) just trying to destroy Katie period.
The vampires in this series are not the run of the mill tall good looking supernaturals that most writers run with. The Thrall (vampires) are a parasitic organism that wrap around there hosts (human) brain stem and literally suck the life out them. A host's expected life span is no longer than ten years.
Katie must not only battle the Thrall in this book but also try to fit into werewolf culture for Tom's sake and they are not making it easy for her at all. To top it of Katie's brothers are not talking to her and all her friends are having babies making Katie feel extra special about her self as she is barren.
If you have read the other books in the series you will absolutely love this book. The only critism that I have is that it is the last in the series.
