Summary: 4 Stars

A classic nerve jangler even if you've never even dreamed of climbing. Joe S takes you into uncharted areas of the mind and shows you what it's like to keep getting up when you've been knocked down. The whole style I found simple and direct. this is not a big book but it manages to get the message across. If possible I'd recommend you lock the front door open a bottle of wine and sit down to the whole adventure in the one night. Is there anyway of comprehending Joe's feelings when he pulled up the rope !!!!!!
