Book Review: Not just for warriors
Summary: 4 Stars
First things first I am not a mixed martial artist , however I had seen this book and had a flick through it and was immediatly impressed by the variety and wealth of exercises . This is a well layed out book that offers a good selection of fresh ideas on Martial arts training .
Diet and nutirition , speed , strength and injuries are all covered , quite possibly one of the best MA training books available . As I have said I'm not a MMA , but I feel that everyone from boxers to tradinonal karate folk will enjoy , My only negative ,and its a small one is that the reader would benefit from more sport specific information
