Book Reviews of Triss (Redwall, Book 15)Book Review: Triss by Brian Jacques Summary: 5 Stars
The book Triss is the 15th book of the Redwall series, but even if you haven't read the series it is still a good book. It is about a squirrel named Triss. She is a slave on an island named Riftgard. The ruler there is a ferret named King Agarnu and he has two children. One the cruel, "master" swordsman, Princess Kurda and the stupid, oafish, Prince Bladd. Triss and her friends Shogg, the otter, and Welfo, the hedgehog, escape from Riftgard on a boat meant for the Prince and the Princess to take to Mossflower to get back the "crown jewels." At the same time three friends Sagax, the badger lord of Salamandastron's son, Scarum, son of thhe leading hare colonel, and Kroova, an orphan sea otter, run away from home by means of the sea. The journeyers meet up while Triss and her friends are being chased by slave catchers. They then journey together to Redwall. I really like this book because it has tragedy and happiness, death and life, violence and peace, I think it is a great book for those ten and older unles they have a stomach for violence and death.

the book to be read!
Book Review: Triss sucks!!! Summary: 1 Stars
I thought Triss wasn't that good. It's about a little mouse named Triss. where I started they were saving the princess. they have to save redwall. It's really stupid. It's really dumb and confusing.
Book Review: WOT WOT! and all that jazz Summary: 4 Stars
Evil. Princess Kurda is a one of the most evil known. She has grown tired of using vegetables to practice her sword fighting on. Now she wants to use the slaves that are rebellious to practice her sword fighting moves. Triss is the last book in the Redwall series by Brian Jacques. It is the 16th book in that series. The characters in this book are all different. The villains are cruel and pitiless and the heroes are brave and courageous. This book has all kinds of different things in it. It has sword fighting, friends, enemies, attacks, captures and much more. The adventures in this series and book are interesting and they show all of the characters points of view in a story. They all have their own personalities. This makes the story a lot more enjoyable to read. All of the characters in the Redwall Series are animals. My favorite animal out of all of the characters is the hare. They always say "Wot wot!" and "flipin" and "blinkin." The hares always make me laugh because they eat enormous amounts of food and then say it was a "little morsel of scoff". These books are hilarious and exciting at the same time. Brian Jacques is one of my favorite authors.
Book Review: WOW!! Summary: 5 Stars
This book is a great book that includes multiple storylines. The story starts out with Triss, Welfo, and Shogg, three slaves who escape from the royal pure ferret's island. Meanwhile at Salamandastron, Sagax, a badger prince, and Scarum, a gluttonous hare, are tired of being cooped up and decide to go on an adventure with Kroova, the otter. On the ferret island Freebooters have arrived. The pure ferret king, Agarnu, comes to an agreement with them resulting in the Freeebooters and Kurda going to capture the escaped slaves and take over Redwall Abbey. In the abbey two abbeybabes, Ruggum and Bikkle, turn up missing and are later found by the ancient Brockhall. They are terrified out of their heads about a three-headed monster inside the once-great city. Can the Abbey fight off the invading horde of vermin and destroy whatever is hiding in the dark depths of Brockhall? This book has amazing amounts of details. And with a great blend of storytelling, dialogue, word choice, and songs, I couldn't put it down. You should definitely pick this up.
