A reader hoping , as I was , to find a series of contemplations here concerning the nature of 'true love' will probably be disappointed by this book , because there is no such concentration of considerations herein . Instead the reader will find an anecdotal little book in which the author reiterates his favourite subject , namely the technique of 'mindfulness' as a means to improving ourselves and the quality of our lives . In this respect it isn't really as good as the more thorough 'Miracle of Mindfulness' , being overtly brief . The fact that it is called 'True Love' is , in my opinion , misleading and seemingly an aesthetic afterthought rather than a real reflection of the core content of the book .
