Book Reviews of Twilight (The Twilight Saga, Book 1)Book Review: The Best Book Ever!!! Summary: 5 StarsThis was one of - no, it was THE most beautiful, fantastic, wildly origonal books I've ever read. I almost always read fantasy, but even those who don't will love Twighlight anyway! As a fantasy (kind of) romance and horror (only a little, though,) this book should be read by every teenage girl. (Boys, stay away!)
It starts off a little dull, but picks up quickly. Isabella Swan moves to Forks, a small town where the sun never shines - almost literally. However, she finds enough interest to keep her going - in the form of Edward Cullen. He is GORGUES - but absaloutly hates her.
And things get even more complicated when he saves her life...repeatedly. And more complicated still when the two of them realise - for the first time, a vampire and a human are falling in love...
Read it! Stephenie Meyer has created a whole new vmpire myth - and, frankly, it's a much better one than even Ann Rice. You'll read it, reread it, and cry when you realise it just isn't true...
Book Review: Brilliant - read it all in one go! Summary: 5 StarsI don't usually like vampire stories, but I absolutely loved this book. It's the kind of book you carry with you everywhere hoping to get a minute or two to read it, you pretend not to have seen people you know on the train so you have more time in Forks, and you stay up all night to finish (a total clich? I know).
I thought the way Stephanie Meyer dispels some of the myths about vampires, while keeping some of the essentials the same was great. She weaves the fantastic into the normal world of a 17 year of girl brilliantly. I was so in love with the characters that Bella's heartache was my own, along with a little extra that told me I would never know love as beautiful as Edward and Bella have it. A feeling of awe has stayed with me since I finished the book.
This is the first of a series of books, the rest of which are not yet out in the UK, so if you can take the suspense buy it now and love it like I did.
Book Review: JUST AWESOME Summary: 5 StarsI was walking around in a book store. Twilight attracted me so I picked it up and started reading it. I finished it and was unsatisfied...it was just too beautiful and magic to have finished so what did I do? ... Obvious answer... I started it ALL OVER AGAIN,, right away. It is such a special book and just to tell you all how much I loved it, I'll say that I never read books twice.. Twilight is so special, it has to be put in the category of number 1 books... perfect.
Book Review: amazing Summary: 5 Starsi found this book completely spellbounding...i could not put it down!!!
i was amazed how much i enjoyed it and when i finished it i was so upset...i found mysel constantly thinking of it!!!!!
Book Review: Amazing, brilliant, fabulous read! Summary: 5 StarsThis book is utterly amazing. At first, I was skeptical about reading it, but now that I have, I've read it about five times in three months. I highly, highly, highly recommend this book to ANYONE. I can't even stress that enough. It's my favorite book a million times over.
It's utterly amazing, about a 17 year old girl, Bella, who moves to a new town to live with her dad, and falls in love with a gorgeous boy, Edward. The only thing is, Edward's a vampire.....how will Bella react?
