Ultimate Spider-man volume 4 covers Peter Parkers first major team up with the X-men in the Ultimate universe.

I got into the Ultimate universe quite recently in preperations for Jeph Loeb and Joe Mad's Ultimates 3 series and decided I wanted to catch up on the whole universe. I owned a comic-book store for a couple of years during the Ultimate Universe's infancy but never paid much attention to it, but now I'm kicking myself for not having gotten into it sooner.

Brian Michael Bendis has moved this series from pretty good to great as he's warmed his way into the universe. When I read this book, I thought it was the best one in the series thus far. But after I read this, I just had to order the next four in the series and can't wait for Vol. 9 to be released....
