Ultrarunning: My Story by Mike Bouscaren is a very good book for those that have run ultra's. If you have had a DNF like Mike you move on and run another one. My first VT100 was a DNF at 92 miles with only 8 miles to go??? The next year I was back and completed it in under 30 hours. He puts in just a little about his life which you may or may not relate, but if you do it is very powerful. DNF does not always mean "did not finish" but more important "Do Nothing Foolish" so you can move on and learn from the experience to do it better or the right way next time. "One Day at a Time" Mike thanks for a great book.
