I hate to do this, because the CD is great and the illustrations even better, but if you're buying this as a book to read, you'll be disappointed.
It is just the lyrics to the song. No plot, no story, and *very* repetitive (I mean something like 5 lines total in the whole book). Reading it as a book without listening to the CD at the same time (and being old enough to understand that they are related) just doesn't make sense.
