Book Review: excellent YA novel
Summary: 5 Stars
This is an excellent YA novel. It captures the hope for the future and the recklessness of youth. It doesn't go for any ridiculous near death experiences as so many YA books do. It tells a realistic, honet, somewhat gritty story. Some parents might be upset because the teenagers have sex and use profanity, but it is partially that truthfulness that makes the book so good. Davis is a fine, fine writer.
