Book Review: A Journey of Hope- by Haylie Thomas
Summary: 5 Stars

Walk Two Moons is a wonderful book filled with mystery, adventure, love, and hope. Sal, also known as Salamanca Hiddle and her grandparents are traveling from Ohio to Idaho to find Sal's mom. On the way there, Sal tells the story of Phoebe Winterbottom. Phoebe is a girl who is always stuck on herself and trying to act perfect, (along with the rest of her family). There are consequences to being too perfect, and Phoebe finds out the hard way. Along with Sal, Phoebe learns a lot about life. In the end, Sal is just a 13 year old girl fitting the last piece into the puzzle of her life.

You should definitely read this book!!!!!!!!!

Salamanca Tree Hiddle is traveling with her crazy grandparents to Idaho to see her mother on her birthday. Her mother ran away from home and Sal misses her a lot! On her way to Idaho, Salamanca (known as Sal) is telling her grandparents a story of Sals friend Phoebe Winterbottom, and how Phoebes mother mysteriously ran away. Read more about this book and know more about Sal and Phoebe. I would recommend this book to preteen and teenage girls. It's a great book! By:Ellie

Book Review: A Must Read
Summary: 5 Stars

YOU ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK. I read it before when i was in 4th grade but now I'm in the 8th grade and read it again and i still love it! The book is about Sal Hiddle and how she tells a story to her grandparents while traveling across a part of the U.S. Its kind of hard to explain but its a really good book and you must read it. I was so into it i stayed up to 2 in the morning just to finish the book.

Book Review: A Mysterious Heart-touching Fave. from Sara
Summary: 5 Stars

I first read Walk Two Moons when I was 8 yeas old. Now I am 12 and since then I have read it about 13 more times. It has become my favorite book and Sharon Creech, my favorite author.

Salamanca's mother has died. She moves with her father to a new neghborhood which isn't in the country anymore. It's a lot different from the farm she used to live on. She meets new people, is faced with new problems, goes to a new school along with her new house and neighborhood, and slowly starts changing because of her surroundings and new environment. SHe doesn't know exactly what happened to her mother so her grandparents take her on a trip to find out. They have to get to wherever they're going by her mother's birthday which doesn't leave them much time consideringg it's her grandparents incharge of the timing. But something happens to her grandmother on the roadtrip that might mean death for her. Sal's new friend, Pheobe, has been having family problems and strange messages from a lunatic. What will the world come to? :)

Anways, this is probably the best book of all time, aside from the Harry Potter series. If you have already read this book, you might want to read a few other of Creech's novels like Absolutley Chaos.
