Weber's real grilling has a myriad of recipes we've enjoyed. It also has very insightful tips about cooking each type of meat or vegetables. I learned more in 10 minutes reading about grilling beef than I had in years of grilling. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in enhancing their grilling skills and repertoire.
