My family had the cassette verison of this classic when i was a kid. We used to listen to it on all of our family vacations. So, of course I needed a copy for my children, they love it! My four year old knows all 50 states! Great music!Book Review: Abridged, sexist and a little out of tune

The other Wee Sing CD/Book sets are great, but I have a real problem with this one: They only choose boys to quote our former presidents. What millenium is this anyway? Otherwise, be forwarned that the songs are very abridged. Aside from that, these are good collections.Book Review: All Primary Teachers Should Have This Song Collection!

I have used the Wee Sing America songs in my 2nd Grade Classroom for over 15 years. I've had to purchase this collection several times because I have literally worn it out. I use this collection for our morning openings right after the flag salute as well as singing performances for parent shows. My former students (now high school graduates) come back to visit me and always tell me they can still remember all 50 states in alphabetical order from one of the songs from this collection. I highly recommend this collection to all parents and teachers.Book Review: CD order review

Growing up in the 1970's, history was not a subject we covered too deeply. This CD is like a walk through history with my own homeschooled children who thrive on history...and many subjects are covered from the Revolution and cod fishing to building the rails and moving west. Interspersed are famous quotes from beloved Americans and famous documents and inscriptions. They will also learn a song to memorize the 50 states. My kids have been listening to this CD for at least 5 years, and they still love it. I do too!
