Book Review: A Creative Twist on Preserving.
Summary: 5 Stars

The author provides awesome recipes for small batches that will not take your whole weekend to prepare. I am not always looking to breakdown 10 lbs of strawberries to make jam.

The Triple Citrus Marmalade is the best. The Strawberry Preserves are amazing with Balsamic Vinegar. I appreciate the companion recipes that give examples of how to use the goodness you preserved. I have given this book as a gift and if Ms. Bone wrote another cookbook I would buy it.
