Book Review: A "must read" for all women, young and old

Dr. John Lee has found answers to many of the difficulties women face with respect to hormones. He explains so clearly how our hormones are made, act, and interact; and addresses with common sense and honesty the many health problems women face if they follow "conventional treatment". The natural progesterone method recommended by Dr. Lee works almost immediately to relieve symptoms, and it is cheap and safe. As I read the books, I kept saying to myself, "OH!, SO THAT'S WHY!". I have been so excited about his information, I have bought many books to share with friends, all of whom have had great comments, and immediate positive results. Don't let the titles fool you: They aren't just for old women. Any young woman should know about her body what Dr. Lee teaches so clearly.
