Book Review: Highly recommended for first pregnancies.
Summary: 4 Stars
I am in my third trimester and I find this book immensely comforting. This is my first pregnancy and I am sure I am like other women who have a million 'silly' questions but are too shy to call their doctor or midwife every 2 days. This book has answered all my fears, some of them so trivial but still worrying to a first time mother. It has separate chapters on each month and details the changes our bodies go through. It offers insight on the different relaxation methods available for childbirth. It taught me how to sit and sleep more comfortably in these last months.I recommend this book to any woman in her first pregnancy.
