Book Review: Lots of useful information but not the most uplifting book.

I find this book to be a good resource but certainly not the most inspiring. It is scary to ready up on every last potentially negative thing that could happen during a pregnancy. My guess is that many people who read this won't have most of these problems but for those who have them or need to be made aware of them because of their risk factors, it's nice to see a comprehensive guide to provide some basic information. Anyone who relies just upon one source, written or a health professional is deeply misguided. I've yet to find that one perfect book for pregnancy. Pregnant women and their partners need to be responsible for their own health care and consult as many reliable sources of information as possible to make informed decisions for thier individual situation.Book Review: Good information

Informative and interesting to read. I'm really glad I got the most recent edition, since there's a lot of good information for all types of pregnant women. All in all, a pretty comprehensive guide.
