This offering from Adodea Judith has the most useful information on the caring for the chakra system that I've found in 10 years of performing chakra therapy. I recommend it to my clients often. I cannot believe this book was even published. A Western Approach? How absolutely silly. I did give it a two because some of the information is valid, but it is all from other sources so I would never advise anyone to bother with reading it. There are so many more better ones.
