I love this book! I got so much out of reading it. This is not another typical follow-the-formula self-help book but rather a deep exploration of the forces that are battling inside each and every one of us. After reading it, I felt like I had a whole different relationship with my inner saboteur, the part of me that takes me off the path. Just understanding how we as human beings are designed and how things are operating inside my "operating system" has allowed me to discover a whole new level of peace and self-acceptance. I feel lucky to have found this work and have enjoyed Debbie Ford's Shadow Blog on www.debbieford.com as a way to continue the conversation. Great job!
