Book Reviews of Why Women Should Rule the World

Summary: 5 Stars

The Ugly Face of Feminazism : Obergruppenführer Myers reports from the Gender Front on the Reasons behind her Utopian Quest for World Supremacy

(Through a slip of the keyboard I accidentally gave this book 5 stars, when in fact it does not even deserve a single one. As Amazon does not allow one to change one's ratings, I've had to do it another way)

So often we've heard these claims before, `why Germans should rule the world', `why Communists should rule the world', `why Islam should rule the world', etc, etc, and always the root of these beliefs is a rotten, smelly combination of ignorance, bigotry, chauvinism and arrogance. No exception here - and the irony is that Myers displays precisely those characteristics which have lead to wars in the past; her breathtaking prejudice and bigotry make all sensible people extremely grateful that SHE'S not ruling the world.

It would be amazing if all those killed in the wars of Golda Meir, Margaret Thatcher, Indira Gandhi, all those sadistically beaten by Catherine the Great of Russia, all those executed by Queen Elizabeth (including her own family), all those tortured and murdered by Countess Elizabeth Bathory, slaughtered by Queen Boadicea, all the millions of colonials enslaved under Queen Victoria, etc, etc, etc could be asked to give an opinion on this garbage. Typically, most of the people killed by Meir, Thatcher and Gandhi's actions were men, as are those Germany's Angela Merkel is so keen to commit to Iraq, reversing Gerhard Schröder's policy of anti-militarism. The question thus should not be `Why should women rule the world', but `why it's about time women started helping with the daily drudgery that keeps the world going round'. Just like Adolf, DoDo Myers seems to think women are suited only for the top positions of society, while 1.5 million construction workers, coal miners, industrial workers, etc, who die every year should remain men. Garbage : women have a right to half the world's leadership positions, but only on the day when half the world's most dangerous, dirtiest and unhealthiest jobs, still done nearly 100% by men, are shared 50% by women, and half of those killed every year at work are women.

"If the three wise men had been women, they would have asked directions, arrived on time, helped deliver the baby, cleaned the stable, made a casserole, brought practical gifts, and there would be Peace on Earth."

These are the kind of jokes whites in Apartheid South Africa used to make about Africans, what the Ku Klux Klan makes about African-Americans, what some white Americans make about the Polish, what the English make about the Irish, and what 1930's Germans made about Jews. They're easy to pick apart, but Myers' gender fascist version is even easier. The `3 wise women' would never have arrived. Firstly, because the celebrated women's empathy is extended by the vast majority to their families alone. Women don't show empathy to strangers, and certainly not to strange men. The 3 women would have stayed at home with their families, and left the risky job of travel to 3 men. How would the 3 women have travelled? Built chariots and wagons with their bare hands, and captured and tamed the horses and livestock? Would they have navigated with the aid of stars, which MEN had already mapped out millenia ago, but which leave every women I've ever met totally confused? Would they have delivered the baby alive, with traditional midwifery that killed so many until MEN forced their way into childbirth and caused a revolution that has doubled the world's population? Would they have been more punctual than men, who have invented countless forms of clockwork and exact timekeeping that would still boggle the minds of women if all their brains could be linked in parallel? Would they have cleaned the stable if today they still are happy to leave the world's dirtiest, unheathiest jobs to MEN? Would they have made a good casserole without a good male-invented oven and cooking utensils and crockery, with all the metal mining and glass production involved? Would there have been peace on Earth when we look at the disastrous results mentioned above of women's limited forays into political leadership? But OK, I concede they would have brought practical gifts only, as NO woman parts with her money and perfume, especially not to a stranger and especially not to a male.

Myers' views deserve as much respect as he who previously suggested that Germans should rule the world. She is a disgrace to the democratic country which allows her KKKish prejudice - from white supremacy to female supremacy. And in the name of all victims of racial and sexual prejudice the world over, we who believe in true equality spit on her and all who support her. Its current second-hand price of 1 cent, although still over-priced, is an accurate, free-market reflection of its quality, and time will no doubt see her bilge consigned to the literary garbage bin where it belongs. However, while it remains cheaper than toilet paper, this book may still serve a function.

(PS - just to clear up any confusion, a vote FOR my review is a vote AGAINST this drivel)
