Book Review: Amazing

Knowing the story of Wizard of Oz I thought how interesting the story before the story. Once I started reading I could not stop. I found myself reading till the wee hours of the morning because I could not wait to see what happened. Once I got the CD and was listening to the music while reading the book just went that much faster.
I promise you will look at Wizard of Oz in a different fashion. Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West, is a fighter and her plight becomes apparent in Wicked.
I highly reccomend listening to the music while reading the book and then seeing the show. It is a wonderful book, wonderful music and wonderful show. Or Oztastick if you will :)
I'll admit I was one of many that became interested for the fact of Joey McIntyre being Fierro for a time in the Broadway production. I am a Wizard of Oz fan and soon became entralled with the story. Gregory Maguire is a very skillful writter and had me hooked from the start. I highly reccomend works of his.
