Overall I found this book very interesting not to mention useful. It uses a lot of pictures in describing moves which helps one visualise them. It also covers a wide range of techniques from basic gybing to aerials. I didn't give 5 stars because it is not that up to date, but this is also exagerated by the recent developement in freestyle kit and moves.
