Book Review: A good source of theory learning to back up any RYA training
Summary: 3 Stars
After completing a couple of windsurfing "taster sessions" at a RYA approved centre, I found this book to be an extremely useful tool for reviewing what I had learned on the water. I was also able to read further and apply this during practise on the water. It has certainly helped me to progress quickly. I do not feel however that this book can be used alone as a learning technique, as I think the author explains. It seems to have plenty of info for total beginners and plenty for advanced windsurfers, but could do with a bit more detail to allow beginners to make the transition.
