This is an amazing book...I love that it is customized not only for each body type, but also by your sensitivity to carbs. It has really helped me identify what I need to do, and in just 4 weeks, I've already lost 5 lbs. and several inches. I was worried the workouts would be too easier, since I'm already an exerciser, but they are very challenging! If you are honest in identifying your body type and your sensitivity to carbs, and then choose the custom program meant for you, you will succeed!
