Book Reviews of You Can Heal Your LifeBook Review: Very spiritual and easy to relate to Summary: 4 StarsI find the chapters from the middle forward to be more interesting and practical than the beginning. A lot of the philosophies that the author advocates in the book, in my opinion, is very very constructive and TRUE. For example, when you change from the inside (look at yourself differently), everything else on the exterior or around you in the real world would follow the change. It seems easy to understand, but it is actually quite something that most people have trouble doing, if they do think about it.
My reason for giving it a 4-star rating is that I found the beginnning of the book to be a bit dull.
Book Review: LLH from Perrysburg, OH Summary: 5 StarsThis book was recommended to me by a grief counselor from Hospice. It is absolutely a source that should be in every home. I lost a dear friend and this has helped me get through the grieving process. I also bought 3 additional copies to send to my friend's sisters. They also think it is a wonderful reference and extremely helpful guide.

Book Review: A Eye-Opener Summary: 5 StarsJoanne Scaglione, Author Living The Secret Everyday: My Secret Workbook
Thank you so much Louise for spreading the word. I so agree: our health is so tied to our mind and our thoughts. It's time we all open our eyes. I'm glad this book revisits this principle and shows people how they can heal themselves. Another fascinating book which only validates what Ms. Hay says is Edgework: Exploring the Psychology of Disease: A Manual for Healing Beyond Diet and Fitness by Dr. Ron Peters. Highly recommended !
