As a wife and working mother, I can get rather stressed during my day of trying to get everything done. I tried this CD thinking it would not really help but, given a particlarly difficult day, would try anything. I waited until the kids were asleep, popped the CD in, put on my headphones and listened. I can't tell you how good it felt to hear Ms. Mantell's soothing voice and guided imagery transport me to a peaceful place. I am surprised, and grateful, how effective this CD is at helping me relax. I now listen to it about 3 times a week. I've tried other relaxation tapes/CDs, but this is the only one that has had any long term positive effect. I wish she had a second CD. I would buy it in a second!
